LenExCo (Pty) Ltd is a privately-owned company established by an experienced Hygienist with the goal of serving the SHEQ industry with service excellence as per the Company’s motto.
LenExCo (Pty) Ltd has been approved by the National Department of Employment & Labour as an Approved Inspection Authority (AIA): Occupational Health and Hygiene. Facility number OH0239.
The facility is accredited in accordance with the recognised International Standard ISO/IEC 17020:2012 as a Type A Inspection Body (IB) with the South African National Accreditation System (SANAS).

Lené (Hugo) Niemand
Founder and Director of LenExCo (Pty) Ltd.
Lené has comprehensive experience in all sectors of the industry including mining, manufacturing, engineering, construction, chemical, pharmaceutical, governmental and public sectors. She has conducted numerous multinational projects and has travelled to countries such as Swaziland, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Ghana and Nigeria to conduct work. She has conducted work not only on shore but also off shore for the oil industry.
In 2013 Lené received the Southern African Institute of Occupational Hygiene (SAIOH) top achiever award for examinations in the year 2012.
Lené completed her B.Sc Honours Degree in Physiology with her major being Occupational Hygiene. She graduated with a distinction (CUM Laude) and obtained Honorary Colours at the North-West University’s Health Science Faculty.
